Istiqama
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the Istiqama – Daily Habits mobile application (“the app”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Istiqama helps you track daily habits, prayer times, Quran reading, and related routines. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Prayer times are estimates calculated on your device from your location and standard calculation methods. They may differ from your local mosque or official timetables. The app does not replace scholarly guidance, local jamaah schedules, or your own judgment.
Quran text and mushaf layouts are provided under third-party licenses. See in-app open-source licenses.
Your content stays on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backups (for example, using Export in Settings). We are not liable for data loss if you delete the app or device data.
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except where law allows, or use it in violation of applicable law.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may update the app and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
